A client asked me to help him find a home where boating would be part of everyday life. We’re exploring Fort Lauderdale, Belle Meade, and Stillwater Drive in Miami Beach, each with a different feel from the street and from the water.
So we’re chartering a boat to experience the areas the way he would as a resident. What does it feel like to head out from the neighborhood, spend a day on the water, and come home again? Which location feels like the life he’s looking for?
